Austin T. Gullett, M.Ed., RAA

Athletic Director, Taft High School

Austin Gullett serves as the Athletic Director at Taft High School, a role he has held since May 2024. A native of Covington, Kentucky, Austin was a four-sport athlete in high school, which helped shape his deep passion for athletics and youth development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Education in Sport Administration from Xavier University. Before joining Taft, Austin spent three years in the Community Relations Department at FC Cincinnati, where he focused on building impactful programs and partnerships across the city.

Driven by the motto, “Fill your mind with truth, your heart with love, and your life with service,” Austin is dedicated to cultivating leadership, integrity, and opportunities for all student-athletes.

Fun Fact: Austin hosts a motivational podcast called Ignyte Your Why, where he highlights stories of purpose, growth, and resilience.
